VERO BEACH, Fla., April 17, 2018 — Starting this month, the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce will join other organizations nationwide to celebrate National Small Business Week. At a commission meeting held earlier today, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners officially recognized this annual tradition and proclaimed April 29 – May 5 Small Business Week in Indian River County.
To kick off Small Business Week, the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce will host a free Small Business Resources Workshop in the chamber boardroom on Thursday, April 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 1216 21st Street in downtown Vero Beach.
Representatives from the Small Business Development Center, SCORE, CareerSource Research Coast, Small Business Administration finance office, and Florida Virtual Entrepreneur Center will each provide an overview of the programs they offer to help attendees start and grow their businesses.
