Meet Our Team
Carrie Ludicke Adams is the CCO of Adams Media Group. She has twenty years of experience in marketing, advertising, and public relations. Before starting her business in 2013, she served as the Director of Advertising & Public Relations for a large ophthalmic surgical group practice. Carrie’s experience allows her to give her clients a unique perspective, while she helps them connect with their customers in creative and meaningful ways.
Carrie’s leadership extends beyond professional pursuits. She loves the Vero Beach community and enjoys giving her time and resources to area nonprofits. After serving as an Ambassador for the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce since 2009, she is now a member of their Board of Directors, and she serves on the Board of United Against Poverty. She also proudly served as the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Senior Resource Association, which she has been involved with since 2012. Carrie is also a member of Impact 100. Additionally, she raised funds for the Healthy Start Coalition as a Star Dancer in 2020 Dancing with Vero Stars and had a wonderful time learning to dance.
In the spare moments between meeting with clients and helping her community, she loves to pore over fonts, learn new design trends, and golf or garden with her adorable husband.
Jason Mladjenovic, our Creative Director at Adams Media Group, combines versatile design skills with technical expertise to lead our creative projects. Jason brings a unique approach to brand identity and interactive concepts, driving innovative solutions for our clients.
Beyond the office, Jason indulges in creative pursuits like making music, woodworking, and photography. His leadership and passion for design inspire our team to consistently deliver outstanding results, making him an indispensable part of our creative journey.
Xavier Alejandro, our talented Graphic Designer at Adams Media Group, brings a fresh perspective and creative flair to every project. His eye for detail and passion for design ensure that each piece he creates is both visually stunning and effective in communicating the client’s message.
In the office, Xavier is known for his innovative ideas and collaborative spirit, always pushing the boundaries of creativity. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new artistic techniques, staying inspired by the latest design trends, and occasionally dabbling in digital illustration.
Meet Auggie, our lovable office pet and resident morale booster at Adams Media Group. Auggie is a playful Cockapoo who brings joy and smiles to the entire team. Whenever we find ourselves thinking too hard or needing a quick break, Auggie is always ready for a walk, making him the perfect companion for a refreshing stroll.
His friendly demeanor and wagging tail remind us to take a moment to relax and recharge. Whether he’s lounging by our desks or eagerly leading us on a quick adventure outside, Auggie is an essential part of our creative family.
